At Mnvkhatri, we take pride in offering high-quality digital services and tools that are performance-driven. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across all services and products.


1. General Policy Overview

We provide both non-refundable and performance-based services. All refund eligibility is based on the scope of work, product type, and conditions agreed at the time of purchase.


2. Digital Products

Examples: Templates, tools, automation workflows, digital downloads.

  • All digital products are non-refundable.

  • Once the product is delivered or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

  • If there is a technical issue or you do not receive access, contact us within 3 days for resolution.


3. Website Design & Development Services

  • These services are non-refundable due to the time-intensive nature and customization involved.

  • If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, no refund will be issued for time or resources already committed.

  • Remaining payments (if any) may still be due depending on the stage of project delivery.


4. Marketing & Lead Generation Services

We operate on a hybrid pricing model:

  • A non-refundable setup fee (for strategy, tools, ads, automation)

  • A performance-based success fee, charged only when results are delivered

Refunds on Performance Fee:

If we fail to meet the minimum results as described in the service agreement or product description:

  • You are not required to pay the performance-based portion

  • Or, if you’ve prepaid, you will receive a 50% refund of that specific amount, subject to review

✅ Refundable only if:

  • You’ve fulfilled all agreed requirements (like ad budget, timely approvals)

  • You request the refund within 14 days of final delivery/report


5. Custom Engagements / Retainers

For retainer-based services:

  • You may cancel future months with 7 days written notice

  • No refunds for the current month’s work already in progress or completed


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), email us at manav@mnvkhatri.com with:

  • Your name and email used during purchase

  • Service or product purchased

  • Reason for the request

  • Proof or reference to conditions unmet (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 5 business days.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service termination and denied future support.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
